Gas & Fuel Source
- We clean both natural gas & propane fireplaces
- Test for gas leaks
- Inspect & Service valves and ignition system
- Clean & dust out valves and electronics
- Inspect for loose wires and terminal connections
- Test gas pressure for adequate pressure*
- Calibrate valve pressure*
- Test valves, controls & components*
Fireplace Logs and Media
- Re-ember to maximize flame presentation
- Inspect/confirm Logs/Media is placed per specs
- Inspect embers, glass & lava rock for correct and appropriate amounts
- Inspect and confirm unit is drafting correctly
- Inspect fuel to air ratio
- Inspect flame height and pattern
- Clean front glass
- Inspect bricks for cracking
Finishing Items
- Pictures taken before and after service/ installation
- Inspected work area before and after service
